What We Offer
Care that fits the child.
No two children are the same, and no two placements should be either. Our services span the full range of residential care โ from emergency and short-term placements through to long-term homes, therapeutic support, and transitions to independence.
Every placement is supported by a dedicated team, a tailored plan, and the continuous oversight of our experienced senior staff. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Emergency placements responded to at any hour, any day.
Every young person receives an individual care plan from day one.
The highest rating, earned at every inspection since we opened.
We work closely with commissioning authorities, families, and schools.

Step by Step
How a placement works.
From first call to settled placement โ a clear, supported process every step of the way.
Contact us with a referral or initial enquiry โ by phone, email, or our online form. We respond to all enquiries within one business day, and to emergency referrals immediately.
We review the young person’s background, needs, and history, and identify the most suitable home and team. We never place a child without confidence that we are the right fit.
A placement plan is agreed with all parties โ the commissioning authority, the child’s social worker, and where appropriate, the family. Everyone knows what to expect.
The young person moves in at a pace that works for them, supported by their key worker and the wider team. Introductory visits are offered wherever possible.
Regular placement reviews ensure the care continues to meet the young person’s evolving needs. Our registered manager is always available to all stakeholders.
